What It Involves: Grief Counseling supports you as you navigate the pain of loss, helping you honor your emotions, heal, and find a way to move forward after death or significant life transitions.

Sessions: 45-90 minutes (via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facetime, GoogleMeet, or Phone)
Option: Pre-Recorded Session – Perfect for those who prefer to receive intuitive insights, healing messages, and energy readings in their own time. Live Session (Virtual) – A real-time, interactive experience where you can ask questions, receive instant guidance, and connect deeply in sacred conversation.
Weekly Exercises/Homework: Journaling, mindfulness techniques, art, and rituals to honor the loss.
Session Content: Sessions will help you understand the stages of grief, process your emotions, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Divination tools may be used, if comfortable, to offer spiritual guidance and closure.
